I will be looking for a Stock Market Rally to start today or tomorrow.
When the VIX goes above then below its Bollinger Bands, this usually points to a Rally Higher for the next few days or weeks.
Watch for a drop and then a turnaround back higher . . today might just be Turnaround Tuesday!
